Who we are
BookDirectSetup is run by ChristyBuilds (christybuilds.com). When this page says "we" or "us," it means ChristyBuilds.
What we collect
Only what you type into the setup form. That's your name, email, and phone number, the package you picked, and details about your place: its address, rooms, and links to your listing and photos. It also includes your prices and fees, your calendar links, your house rules, your web address and domain ideas, your Wi-Fi network name, your social handles, your permit number, and anything else you choose to add.
We never ask for passwords or card details in the form. Payments are set up later, directly with Stripe, in your own Stripe account.
Why we collect it
To build and launch your booking site, to get in touch with you about it, and to set up the pieces it needs, like calendar sync, your Google Business Profile, and your welcome card. Your calendar links are private, so we only use them to keep your site's availability in sync.
Where it's stored
When you tap Send, your answers are saved in a database run by Supabase, the company we use to store them. The form can add answers but can't read them back, so the only people who can see them are our team, signed in to our own Supabase account.
While you're filling in the form, a draft is saved in your browser on your own device so you don't lose your place. It's cleared once your answers are sent.
This site is hosted by Vercel, and its fonts come from Google Fonts. Like any website, those services see basic technical details such as your IP address when a page loads.
How to ask us to delete it
Email us at hello@bookdirectsetup.com from the address you used on the form and ask us to delete your answers. We'll delete them and let you know when it's done. The same address works for any other question about your information.
